<p>Think about how customers get the knowledge they have &#8211; after all, they&#8217;re quite human just like you (and of course me). <p>Respect that people may not know all that you&#8217;d like them to. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>What they know is what they&#8217;ve experienced. </em></span></p>
<p>Therein lies the <strong>golden diplomatic educational opportunity.</strong></p>
<p>And that most certainly is valid. Make sure you build up, not tear down per your own preferences and opinions.</p>
